INSULATED "ESP" WALL PANEL


Product Description

Description: This architecturally pleasing panel is ideal for applications that require a flat appearance. Minor striations in the exterior skin provide for a linear appearance in vertical applications while blending with the side joint of the panels. This Tecfoam panel is filled with non CFC polyurethane modified isocyanurate foam achieving R-values up to 40.0.

Dimensions: Nominal 36" coverage; Thickness (T) – 2", 2½", 3", 4" and 5".

Material: Exterior – 24 ga. steel (std). 22 ga. also available.

Interior – 26 ga. steel (std). 24 and 22 ga. also available.

Finish Options: Exterior – Dura-20® (silicone polyester)
Royal K-70® (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000)

Interior – USDA White (standard)
Dura-20 (silicone polyester)

Texture: The exterior and interior skins are embossed only.

Length: The maximum recommended length is 30' 0". Contact IPS for panel length options. IPS offers standard details for stack joint applications for walls over 30' 0" high.

Fasteners: Concealed, 14 ga. steel clip.
