"IPP" WALL/PARTITION PANEL


Description: This attractive flat wall panel utilizes the Mesa profile on both panel surfaces. The product is designed for interior partition as well as exterior wall applications. This Tecfoam panel is filled with non CFC polyurethane modified isocyanurate foam achieving R-values up to 40.0.

Dimensions: Nominal 36" coverage; Thickness (T) – 2", 2 1/2", 3", 4" and 5".

 

Material: Exterior – 26 ga. steel (std). 24 and 22 ga. also available.
Interior – 26 ga. steel (std). 24 and 22 ga. also available.

Finish Options: Exterior USDA White
Dura-20 (silicone polyester)
Royal K-70 (Kynar 500/Hylar 5000)

Interior USDA White (standard)
Dura-20 (silicone polyester)

Texture: The exterior and interior skins are embossed only.

Length: The maximum recommended length is 30' 0". Contact IPS for panel length options. IPS offers standard details for stack joint applications for walls over 30' 0" high.

Fasteners: Concealed, 14 ga. steel clip.
